					<description>I trained calves with the same frequency!  I also incorporated 3 toe positions = toes IN, toes OUT, and feet straight ahead, varying the foot spacing, so I could isolate all the parts of the calve!

Your calves are amazing, so it's definitely working!  I'm always impressed with the photos that show your leg development!
