Is it just me or is it just an excuse. But finding time for the gym is some times difficult. I work usually 61 hours a week 4 tens, 2 eights, and 1 five. Sunday is the easiest. Saturday most gyms close earlier than there normal time, and thru the week sometimes when you get up at 5 a.m. and you get off at 5:30 p.m. it’s hard to talk yourself into going. Now I know everyone’s schedule is not the same, but you get the general idea. So what I like to do is make sure everything is in order to go to the gym that way there is no reason for me to go home. I can go straight to the gym. Also I like to give myself a little treat like a coke or pepsi something with a little bit of sugar and caffiene about an hour before I get off. I know that it may not be the best for my diet but it gets a little pep in my step by the time I get off so that I’m ready for the gym. Well these are just a couple of tips I wanted to write down mainly for myself. I have the hardest time staying on track.
