This past weekend, June 7 2008, I competed in my first bodybuilding competition in Denver, Colorado at the MAX MUSCLE MILE HIGH NATURAL BODYBUILDING & FIGURE CHAMPIONSHIP (a NPC national qualifier).  At first I didn’t want to do this show because I am still five weeks out of the show that I am preparing for in Las Vegas, Nevada but my trainer wanted me to try this show and to get all the kinks out so we can see and fix all the flaws that I have on stage.  Well. . . the result was that I placed 1st in the Novice Heavyweight and Overall, 1st in the Drug Free For Life Heavyweight and Overall, and 1st in Open Heavyweight and Overall.  Which was my 1st goal to when 1st place in all my categories in my first natural show, I just accomplished it 5 weeks earlier than I wanted to.  I will now also train for the Arnold Classic Amateur in 2009 after this summer competition that I will do.  Still shocked that I won but I am still far from my ultimat goal.
