I have just started eating 6 to 7 meals per day. They consist of about 6-8oz of lean protein and about a fist size portion of complex carbs and veggies. I lost 40 pounds in a little under a year. Now I am trying to shed that little bit of fat that is left around my midsection. Who knew eating more was the way to do it?
