Hello Bodyspacers, I hope everybody’s training is going well. Tonight when I was browsing the internet, I discovered a youtube video clip about the "no grunting" policy. After checking out the clip, I checked out the planet fitness website. Their motto is "The No Judgement Free" zone. First of all, when I workout I don’t judge the other patrons in the gym. If someone needs assistance on the bench press, I help them spot the exercise. I feel that Planet Fitness’ reason for the no grunting policy is total BS. Being intimidated is a total cop out. Another thing that made Planet Fitness sound stupid is the word they made up called a lunk. These knuckleheads define it as a person who slams the weights down, grunts, curses like a salior, or judges the other patrons. That silly word is not in the dictionary. If you’re lifting those heavy weights properly and grunting, then you’re working hard. In conclusion, Planet Fitness needs to stop acting like those posh fitness centers and the patrons need to stop being intimidated by these muscular patrons. They are not going to kill you people. One last thing, GO HARD OR GO HOME.

Hello Bodyspacers, I have been slacking on posting pics and a blog. School started for me and I was pumped to hit the gym this quarter. I worked out Wednesday and Thursday getting after those weights. On Wednesday, I had to wait for a cubby hole to put my belongings in there. I wasn’t mad and the gym was packed. I tried this new supplement by MuscleTech called MyoShock HSP. While I was working out, I felt the effects of this pre-workout supplement. I felt I could get a couple more reps in my exercises. MuscleTech did a phenominal job with this supplement. I’m planning on working out this week trying to achieve my goals. Train hard and be a warrior in the gym.

What’s good everybody? I just got back from the gym and my quads, glutes, and hamstrings feel sore after deadlifts and squats. The mood in the gym was pretty laid back because everybody is still on break. I still need more work on my chest. I’ll post some pics asap. Feel free to comment and pitch any suggestions. Train hard.

What up Bodyspace people? Yesterday, I had to go to GNC to get some whey protein. I decided to get Optimum Nutrition Nitro Core 24. While getting the product, the associate convince me to get GNC’s Wheybolic Extreme 60. I decidedto get the trial version. I’m planning hitting the gym on Monday for a total body workout. While I was out, I purchased a Men’s Health where they had a section about the UNC Tar Heels workout with the medicine ball. The workout seems like a piece of cake, but they said it will kick your butt with these exercises. Anyway, be a warrior the weight room Bodyspace people.

What’s good everybody? This is my first post in bodyspace. Feel free give pointers on some exercises. Also checkout the answers in my profile. This sucks not working out because I’m working at a distribution center for the holiday. When school starts in the winter, I’ll be in that gym rocking it out. Until next time,be safe and go after those weights.
