Seven
The last seven days to really kick it into high gear. I need to lose seven more pounds. Of course I would like to lose seven points off my body fat %. Oh and seven more inches would be fabulous. A size seven dress size…nah I can skip that one. LOL
I could always add seven more pounds to my current lifts or maybe seven more reps. I could go all out it hit seven sets per exercise. What about seven more minutes to my cardio session or increase the incline another 7%. I could eat 7 times more salads. And say no seven times to the temptations that find me. Shoot there are so many options with these seven days left.
I think I will read my goals seven times today. Respond to at least seven friends who have stood by me through the thick and thin. Oh and thank the seven sponsors…well eight when you throw in bb.com. They have definitely made this contest enjoyable and very motivational.
Take the next seven seconds and breathe deep we are in the final count down.

You can probably do this in a seven different ways, but which ever the way you go, walk with seven mile steps
