wijiha,
I hear you. At different times in my life I have hidden from the now to avoid pain or facing a situation. It is really a matter of disciplining myself to come back to the now every time I find myself slipping. I have done this constantly with my weight loss.

God! why do you always say things that are goign with me!!! getting sad over past and getting overwhelmed by the future! i too am taking things one day at a time, its hard and i think it comes with time not over night. Things start to get clear and you learn to take things one day at time and feel more happy about the 'now'. :)
