I was reading through a blood type diet book and it was VERY intriguing. All about how it goes back to body's adapting and the evolution of man. I went to my Dr to find out my blood type and they said they don't have it on record. (?) And insurance won't pay to have it tested. I thought this was weird. I am sure that there is much truth in eating according to blood type.

You will find what works for you. Process of elimination will cause the list to shorten and a solution will be found. I think you are doing just fine. Pics look good.
