So I was a bit late with my video. As I told you, we suffered a power outage. I have included my attempt at taping my workout in the dark as well as tonights video. Enjoy.

Sorry about the long blank at the end. I couldn’t figure out how to remove the silenced sound track from the video that was sped up.
