Workout Video
Shoulder work at home, I like to do these things when I feel my body getting tired. It gets the blood moving, and the energy for the next few hours thru the roof! Completing all movements without rest, keeps the heart rate up. Its this high rep movements that have shown more success this week for me.

Press is 37LBS, the Remainder of the routine is 17lbs.

Hey good job man! if you would like some advise though. Doing seated shoulder presses with a shraight backed chair will help target shoulders, as well as doing both arms at the same time. if you like to stand then I recommend using a barbell and doing military press. it is essentially the same, but will allow you to keep more stable. Good job and keep working hard!!

Doing them as a superset definitely turns up the heat. Good Job.
