Sick, Tired, Weak

stonecoldtruth

Those three words pretty much describe my last week. I’m sick, my strength is down, I’m sick, and I just want to sleep all day. I went to the gym tonight, despite being sick, so I could get my workout video in. We ended up shooting the leg press superhellset, and I FAILED. Yes, you heard it. My range of motion was poor, my strength was down, and overall it just sucked.

The way it is supposed to go is 15 reps, rest 5 seconds, 14 reps, rest 5 seconds, and repeat on down to 1 rep. You’ll have to watch the vid to see what happened. Now fancy music or editing this time around guys, I’m barely with it enough to even upload it. :(

Listen to your body or you’ll get worse and miss more workouts than you would have if you rested up. Good Luck Vinny

That does not look easy at all! If I was sick I wouldn’t be killing it with that many reps! Make sure to get enough sleep and proper nutrition dude and good luck!

Don’t know how much weight was on there, but that’s a LOTTA reps! Kudos - even if you didn’t finish, you still got a great leg workout! =)

360 (4 plates per side).. It just kinda ticked me off since I have done it before.. darn being sick :(

The total reps for a completed set is 120… I’m insane I know.
