Your schedule is similar to The Bossman's. I feel for you, but at the same time I am motivated for you. Your a strong woman and I know you will come out on top. If you don't already, try drinking some hot tea before you sleep. Don't put any sugar or honey, just drink in as it is. Green tea is great but any natural tea will do. You'll see a difference in how you feel in the morning. In addition it will help you in your goals. Keep marching Steph and Godspeed.

It can be a challenge but you have to find the time some where. This fat is not just going to drop off. It has to be burned off and that is the best time for me to fit it in. I sleep late on weekends (sometimes)---6am. LOL

Sleep...what's that?? Seriously I get around seven to seven and half hours a night. I know my body needs the recovery time. Eight would be perfect but I have limited time with my kids now.

Glad to see you appreciate your wife too. I hope you have told her that as well.

Dare and Maddi,

Mothers are the unsung heroes of mankind. Even the best of men do far less to maintain the family and home than their wives. I am sure there are exceptions as ther always are, but I know that my wife is the backbone of our family.

So my hat is off to you both. Time is a precious commodity and you spend it so very well. I only ask that you remember that sleep is important.
