This is the second half of the workout I posted last week. No excuses here but I was feeling a bit under the weather here.

The important part is that you finished it my friend. Not every workout will be stellar but by putting the time in, you will succeed.

But if you do a search on powerlifting bands you will find a big selection. The band set that I have is the 3, 4, and 5. The bands that I am using in the vid are the #3’s and as you can see, they kick my butt.
The workout was done in my office at work because I am working some horrid hours. That is one of the great things about my current workout….no excuses. If I didn’t have my office I could go to the bottom of a stairwell etc.

I have used the bands for deadlifts and squats. They definitely give a different feel to things. Great workout and way to go on not letting things get in your way.
