Blowing the Dust off, Pulling out the Archives…
So I sat here thinking today, how can I recover from my last week issues, how can I push things to the max for duration of the contest…There is only one plan that came to my mind, its about 4 years old..and it will whip even a layman like myself into shape in no time flat.
Its rough, you nearly puke each workout….each month ends with a circuit of all exercises from the week’s before…
Its tough, its rough, and its meant to take someone from flab to fab in 12 weeks….

Fast Forward to Tonight. I did the first day of this workout which consists of legs.
Three breaks for me to prevent throwing up, what wasnt even there..ok well there was super pump. I can’t even imagine what SuperPump Blueberry taste like on the way to the top.
Workout is as follows.
Barbell Squats 4×15
DeadLifts 4×15
Dumbell Lunge 4×15
Leg Extensions 3×15
Leg Curls 3×15
Standing or Seated Calf Raise 3×15
Leg workout is followed with a 30 minute routine consisting of a 5 minute warm up followed with intermitent sessions of Running, Jogging, and Walking..then a 5 minute cool down.
Minus my weak stomach this evening, I feel great!

Blue Raspberry SP250 does NOT taste good coming out.. it is bitter and acidic.
That workout looks kickass, I can’t do deads and squats on the same day. You are hardcore my man.

I agree with SCT no deadlifts (unless its stiff legged) and squats on the same day. Every time I deadlift, I want to puke. If you can do it, more power to you.
