January 9, Weekly Progress Pics.
I weighed in this morning at 149.5. This is 1/2 a lb less than last week. It doesn’t sound like much, but actually I am quite pleased.
I did not give it my all this week with my diet. I believe I should be cutting back calories an additional 300-500 calories a day. I also only had one night of PM cardio this week. I have yet to increase cardio from 30 minutes daily to an hour, which is my ultimate intention.
The first week a person goes on a diet the the initial weight loss is partly water. The fact that I not only kept the initial 7 lbs off, but also lost an additional 1/2 pound, deserves a BIG PAPPIE’S THUMB’S UP!
And now for the pics……

I can definitely see a difference from week 1 to week 3. Afraid I have lost some flesh off my hips, which is NOT where I want to lose it.

I can see some cuts coming in my delts.

Eahhh…it is what it is. lol
And just because I hate those back shots sooo much, I am going to include a couple more artistic shots, to make myself feel better.
