I feel good.
Thats right. I feel good about everything this far. Diet is going well. Workouts are intense and so satsifying. There is nothing better than really pushing your body and working up a sweat. Getting hot and sweaty, working those muscles, making that mind-body connection. Oh sweet satsifacation.
My attitude is very positive. I feel I am overcoming a mental barrier about my body. Shoot I even bought a bikini. I have several friends here that have made a world of diffence for me. I cant thank you guys enough. Check out my personal blog too.
Last night as I was on the phone with Dean from Muscletech, I got a package from mybodybeats. I absolutely love the t-shirt they sent me and the motivational downloads are the best. If you have not checked them out, you really should. Fabulous information and motivation. I will take my next video in my new shirts. It looks pretty good on me if I do say so myself. I am wearing it with pride.
Anyway back to Dean, he was absolutely fabulous to talk with. He is pretty certain that the products he is going to send me will help me maintain and even increase my bench as I drop the body fat. He also tells me that I need to be a rabbit and consume lots and lots of fiberous salads. I am game. Keep an eye out for that little fuzzy bunny tail. LOL
I thought I would give you a little insight to one of my supersets. Here is the closegrip bench followed by the pressdown and repeated once again before rest. Talk about some major burning.

I don’t know….but that mystery man who says "go" at the beginning of your videos has me very intrigued. Something kindof sexy about that.

Words that I am told all the time by my trainer are……Working on keeping your core tight when you lift and also watching locking out those elbows. But very nice, I am impressed.
