Actually it was just a bad video editing job, its one set of regular curls and one set of hammer curls.

I used to have those same weights, that’s cool stuff. I’m now SLOWLY building up a nice set of home DBs in case the gym burns down or something.

Excellent job! And nice song choice. Is it intentional or coincidence that your song choice for a transformation video is by a group called CAKE? Ha ha. Keep up the good work.
