Round One Victorious! (And My Initial Weigh-In Video!)

Maddi

My weigh-in video at long last! I originally filmed 2 videos.  One on my new Christmas camera (with audio) and one on my old Easy Share camera (sans audio).  My new camera has caused me nothing but problems and I lost one of the videos.  I believe I wasn’t working the camera correctly.

I weighed in on December 26 at between 157-158.  My scale reads closer to 160 in the video. We will just go with the lower number, as the gym scale also verified 157!  :)

Video not found. This video has been removed by the user.

My one week update!

I have to say I am sitting happy and very content with my progress!  I weighed in this morning at 150 lbs!

This is a 7 lb drop for me!  I am VERY, VERY, pleased.  Results do make the sacrifice come easier.

This was my calorie and protein count for week 1.  I am not counting carbs or fat.  (The diet I am following assures them both to be low.)

Wed 12/26: fasting  200 calories, zero protein
Thurs 12/27 1275 calories, 110 grams protein
Fri 12/28 1200 calories, 94 grams protein
Sat 12/29 1420 calories, 105 grams protein
Sun 12/30 1750 calories, 150 grams protein
Mon 12/31 1590 calories, 165 grams protein
Tues 1/01 1510 calories, 134 grams protein

I will add my one week progress pictures to this post later tonight.  I will  be updating my workout tracker, and posting in my own blog sometime this evening.

Have a great day friends!

The last 3-4 days look good. Those first three days look really rough. Remember, if you go below your basal metabolic rate your body will figure it out and slow your metabolism. You can use the BB.com BMR calculator to find that number if you need it.

Congratulations on dropping 7 lbs! If you can sustain 1.5-2 lbs per week from here on out, that would be great (and not sacrificing muscle).

Hang tough Maddi! You can do it!!!!
