Mine seems to be accurate with my gym scale. I will do a test each time to make certain that they are consistent. As long as you use the same scale as your guide throughout I think you'll be fine.

The better indicator is the mirror and your clothes. Over the course of the next few weeks your clothes should begin to loosen up.

A combination of hitting the weights again, cardio and cleaning up my diet. I am staying consistent on my meals - eating every 3 hours and that has been the biggest difference.

I will be posting a more detailed log of my meals and workouts in the coming weeks. The biggest change has been eating more frequently and cutting out the crappy food.

How'd you lose almost 10 pounds in 2 weeks? Was it mostly cardio?

First off congrats on the succes. Secondlly I feel bad that we are using the same POS scale. Mine isnt very accurate...for instance if I take my shoes at the gym scale...it'll go down, on this taylor made...nope stays the same weight.
I started on it though, so I gotta finish on it.

First of all congrats on the success thus far, Secondly though, I'm sorry that you and I both have the same scale. Mine is working better now, but its just not very accurate in my opinion. For instance at the gym I can take off my shoes and the weight changes, on this thing...mine will stay the same. Its like well I'm noticing a significant difference so no change here. And it only work in .5lb increments so until I hit the next 1 lb mark it doesnt change. Or at least mine doesnt...
