My morning started off bright and early (4am). ACDC rocked my long steady cardio session. Cant beat Back and Black or Shook Me All Night Long for eye openers. Cardio was 55 minutes today. Tried to keep my heart rate in the 65% zone. It was hard because I am used to running. This was more like a walk. The music kept me going though. Overall a good session.
Here is todays plan:
4:30 D4 (gaspari products havent arrived yet), Animal Pak and Flex with 12ozs of water
5:00 Cardio long steady treadmill burned 360 calories and went 2.87miles
6:15 meal 1: 1 cup oatmeal with 1/2 cup strawberries, 1 scoop protein
9:00 Meal 2 Protein shake with 1/2 cup blueberries
11:30 D4
12:00 Meal 3: 2 cups mixed salad greens, 4oz chicken, 2 TBSP salsa, 2 Tbsp chedder cheese, 1/3 cup black beans
2:30 meal 4: Protein shake
3:30 Cardio session (Hip Hop will be the tunes of choice tonight)
0-5 minutes warm up at an RPE 3
5-9 minutes steady at an Rpe 5
9-11 minutes pickup at an RPE 6
11-13 minutes push at an RPE 7
13-14 minutes Peak push at an RPE 9
14-17 minutes recover at an Rpe 4
17-21 minutes steady at an RPE 5
21-24 minutes pick up at an RPE 6
24-26 minutes push at an RPE 7
26-27 minutes peak push at an RPE 9
27-30 minutes Recover at an RPE 4
30-35 minutes cool down at an RPE 3
5:30 meal 5: 4oz chicken roasted with lemon and garlic. Spinach, tomato and garlic sauted in 2tsp olive oil and topped with 2 TBSP grated parmesan.

Watch out! Steph’s crossed the line and there’s NO GOING BACK! She’s an ANIMAL now! lol….Seriously, I like Animal Pak, I can feel the difference between it and other multis I’ve tried. Oh, and your meals are killing me! GOD I can’t wait to cook my own food LOL.
P.S. Good call on the Kashi and Jerky too, you’re keeping me sane steph.

I am letting out that inner tiger. Better watch out. LOL I took the animal pak a few years a go and really liked it. It was an obvious choice for this transformation. I figured with all the extra cardio the flex would help the joints too.
I am so glad I could help you out Dave. There is not a lot to choose from when you cant cook. I refuse to send you junk food. LOL Ok so I squeezed in some oreos for Halloween and that small christmas surprise. I felt guilt for days. But I consoled myself with the fact that you were bulking. LOL

4am workout session? That’s hardcore and keep up the good work.
