Well here they be. Lost a HUGE 13lbs. LMAO. My waist somehow went from size 40 pants to size 34.

Upon looking at pics, my body is truly genetically F-d. I have this huge ass core, with big hips, giant ribs and tiny stick arms right from my dad. I don’t know if it’s even possible for me to look aesthetically pleasing.  I truly have a bizarre and ugly shaped body..the only thing I can do is try to improve what I can. I know I can’t change my bone structure…unfortunately.

But enough ranting, I’d like to thank all the competitors. You guys all made leaps and bounds, but the biggest payoff for all of us is the things we’ve learned from the other competitors.

BB.com did a great job setting this up, and I’d like to thank them also for supplying me with over $200 of free supplements that no doubt aided my progress, diet and training.

I’m definitely not the greatest blogger, nor the most disciplined individual when it comes to my diet and such, but I enjoyed the competition thoroughly. For the last 12 weeks this has been my homepage, and I’ve read each of your blog entries every day. I’ll definitely be taking some new knowledge along with me as I continue my fight with the fat.

Wow…This is strange.

Last blog entry of the contest. After 3 months of having this as my home page, it’s gonna be strange without reading about you guys.

I ran into some problems today, with one of our vehicles undergoing repairs in the garage, then today the OTHER one broke down and is also in the garage for a couple days now.

Due to this, I LUCKILY managed to get today’s newspaper from someone at school, I hope it’s not a big deal if I use this one, cause I can’t get to town to get tomorrows paper.

I hope to god I have some good batteries for my camera laying around too, or else i’m gonna have to pull some strings.

Monday 3/19

Had a bit of a carb-up day. I’ve been feeling really groggy lately and felt like having at least some energy today.

Diet’s in check for today.

Lifted chest and tris

flat BB bench
flat DB bench
Skullcrushers
Close grip bench sets to failure

Didn’t get much done at the gym today but I hit my tris hard and that’s what I’m most concerned with.

T minus 12 days and counting.

Heading towards the big 100!

Weighed in at 210 this morning. 3 more lbs and I will have lost 100lbs!

It’s crazy to think that I’ve lost the amount of fat equal to how much some of my girl friends weigh.

Nutrition has been good, sticking to high protein and low carbs. Low carbs is really started to hinder my workouts. Up until recently my strength was going up significantly, but dieting’s catching up to me now.

When’s the final date of the comp?  I get hundreds of those blog emails daily, I’ve looked through them but couldn’t find the date.

Diet’s been very good. Getting a ton of protein towards the evening and carbs early morning and post workout only.

Monday
lifted Chest/Tris
Really solid workout consisting of flat BB bench, flat DB bench, incl. BB bench, skullcrushers, tricep extensions and burnout sets of close grip bench. <– those really killed.

Also 15 mins/8 mi. stationary bike.

Today
Back
lat pulldowns, T-bar rows, DB rows, bent over BB rows, deadlifts.

16 mins/8.5 mi. stationary bike.

Weight’s at 212. Down 12lbs since the beginning of this. Kinda crap, but it’s something and it’s steady. Just the way it should be.

Have to drop 3.5lbs a week from now on to make 180 by May 12th. Who knows.

Stranger popping in! Training & Nutrition for Feb 26!

Wow, it’s been a while huh?   I feel like a spectator!  lol.
Y’all write so damn much, with me it’s just like, I ate this many cals, and I did back or whatever. lol.

Anyway. As we all know I’m a damn slacker, but I guess the fact that my major fatloss thus far [92lbs] has been a success as far as retaining what little muscle mass I have now, having barely any visible stretch marks [they all dissappeared], and no "noticable" loose skin yet, is due to my slacking. That really doesn’t make a ton of sense but I think I may be correct. lol

so anyway, for today!

Nutrition;

I no longer use fitday to keep track. I do know however, that I’m probably getting around 1800 cals with a good amount of protein, just due to prior experience.
I start the morning w/ a cup of milk & scoop of protein, then at school, a cup of milk and single serving box of cereal. Then whatever’s for lunch at school, I then lift, get home at 4 and have 2 cups milk, 2 scoops whey, repeat at 6, repeat at 8. Kinda monotonous, but it’s fast, easy and keeps me full.

Training;

Chest and Tris

workout consisted of

flat BB bench; 4 sets to failure
flat DB bench 4 sets to failure
incline DB bench 3 sets to failure
close grip BB bench 4 sets of 10
triceps cable pulldowns? lol brain fart. 3×12

So that was that.

21 mins - 11.2 mi. Fast paced Stationary bike to finish off my night!

So that concludes probably my longest update ever, which is pathetic. lol

Oh, and a brief sidenote. Thermorexin is really proving to be a great thermogenic compared to other stuff I’ve tried. It makes me warm and gives me a ton of energy.
I bought crap $10 pump stuff from walmart too, but it gives me great pumps!

Time flies by so damn fast. Anyway,

Nutrition;

Training;

20 mins / 10 mi. stationary bike.

20 mins at high speed really gets me sweating…I’ve heard everyone saying do 45 mins of cardio at least but damn…20 high-paced minutes certainly gives me a workout.

School’s closed tm so I’ll be missing Chest/Tris on it’s scheduled day. Make it up on Tues leaving me only 3 days of lifting this week.

Everything else is good.
