Tonight’s workout by far has been the toughest. DEADS are really becoming harder and harder to do. I can do the same sets, reps and weight as I have been doing but now it is more draining on my system. I am VERY tired after DEADS. I may be dropping them soon.
The workout was intense, I started doing drop sets:first time ever doing them. I love drops sets and will continue to do them. They are a real butt buster for sure. By the 3rd set of my 3rd exercise, I almost lost my Xtend. That’s the closest I ever came to puking!! Watch out Arnold! LOL
Here is tonight’s workout.
1. Dead lifts - 15 reps (warm up), 4 sets 6 reps
135lbs..WU, 315lbs each set

I can honestly say drop sets are my new favorite. These babies will have your body screaming for mercy! Every muscle worked tonight is pumped, hard and I can tell they will be sore in the morning.
