Well, we have 1 week to go and my progress has been less than expected the last couple of weeks. My weight & bodyfat are going up & down like a yo-yo. I have not trained as much as I would have liked for various reasons.
Everybodyin this Transformation Contest has made great improvements in their bodies! It’s great what you can do when you put your mind to it!

I would be able to post pictures if someone I knew had the faintest idea of how to use a camera. You all have no idea what I go thru to have to post pics on this computer. It’s a challenge in itself. Hopefully next week I’ll have more luck!

…and I had to re-tie the strings on this swimsuit for the first time since I bought it - hips have shrunk!!! I have added salt back in again, though, so I am holding water. That my hurt me in this contest, since I can’t peak and ruin my NPC competition prep.

I hate the fact that it took me 2 months to realize my old training split wasn’t in favor of my intentions, but you live and you learn. Right? I originally entered this contest to see if I had what it takes to compete. I have sadly failed myself at proving that I was worthy. I am not heart broken over this fact. I am merely appreciative to get a whiff of what it does take. I will someday may revolutionary marks in this business; it’s just not my time. It’s simply not my time. I have a lot to learn about real discipline and will power. This contest has given the motivation and the desire to push harder and reach my goals.

The scale has not seemed to budge at all. It goes up (165lbs.) and down (153lbs.) but somehow seems to end up right back at 160lbs. Yes I am stronger, faster, and more knowledgeable than before this contest began. So for that I am grateful.
