So how is everyone doing?
Just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing since the end of the contest.
Everyone staying on track or have any accomplishments since the contest ended?
I know I’ve said it before, but I will never, ever forget this, so I just wanted to keep in touch with all of you.

I wish I would’ve found this site earlier and entered the contest too. I just went through a transformation myself. Ugh! Oh well… Maybe next time… although I don’t plan to go back to my former shape.

When the contest was over, the blog stayed active for about two weeks. Lately noone is on here. Rich needs to have a reunion come Jan 1. 2008.

Hiya Everyone !!! Just wondering when and where the next transformation contest starts. I might join just to see how far I can take my goals. Hope to talk to some of you out there.
