2007 Transformation Contest

Can I get a drum roll, please… Without further ado, starting at the 3rd place finisher… just kidding, I’m messin’ with ya.  It’ll still be about an hour before the final results are posted.  LOL

Come on bb.com - you’ve tortured us long enough!  Well, most of us.  Just PM me who the winner is and I’ll tell everyone except Nitaant. 

I wanted to just check in and see how everyone is doing.  I haven’t heard from all the contestants that much since the contest has ended, even though I have kept in contact with most, I just wanted to see how everyone is doing.  Are you all still going the workouts and nutrition.  I know most of us still are, but we all have heard alot about the goals Ben had set for himself regardless of the contest, and I haven’t heard how he is doing on that.  Also, I hope Chuck keeps us informed of his upcoming contest.  Great job on the contest coverage, George and get them next time Ness!

Matt had his Oreos, Vanessa will have her peanut butter buffet this weekend and as for me.  I finally broke down and "binged" on TWO Vanilla ALmond Sustain bars last night  I feel so shameful but they were good!
Not much of a binge but I still have almost seven weeks of dieting to go if I have any plans of making the NPC Lehigh Valley show.  The date kinda crept up on me, but hopefully I still have enough time to prepare.

At least than I get a few slices of pizza that Phil is buying
