LOL - people are basing their votes on the progress photos in the "Progress to Date" pages. Everyone should update their pages with at least a before photo, and a their most recent progress pic for comparison.

Besides, the poll will remain open after the end of the contest for a couple of weeks, so people can discuss the results, winners, etc.
