Although I will still be maintaining my personal blog, I do look forward to being a little less detailed in my blogging over the next two weeks, as I am thoroughly exhausted.  For the final day of the contest, I am starting my weekend 2-a-days (shitty!) so these pics were shot after 40 minutes of fasted precor and 30 minutes in the sauna.  Fyi - people look at you funny when you eat chicken and sweet potato in the sauna while naked and stretching.  This behavior should be avoided if at all possible!  

FYI - my weight went from 120 to 104!  Well, I’ve put off the inevitable long enough - here goes!

Well here they be. Lost a HUGE 13lbs. LMAO. My waist somehow went from size 40 pants to size 34.

Upon looking at pics, my body is truly genetically F-d. I have this huge ass core, with big hips, giant ribs and tiny stick arms right from my dad. I don’t know if it’s even possible for me to look aesthetically pleasing.  I truly have a bizarre and ugly shaped body..the only thing I can do is try to improve what I can. I know I can’t change my bone structure…unfortunately.

But enough ranting, I’d like to thank all the competitors. You guys all made leaps and bounds, but the biggest payoff for all of us is the things we’ve learned from the other competitors.

BB.com did a great job setting this up, and I’d like to thank them also for supplying me with over $200 of free supplements that no doubt aided my progress, diet and training.

I’m definitely not the greatest blogger, nor the most disciplined individual when it comes to my diet and such, but I enjoyed the competition thoroughly. For the last 12 weeks this has been my homepage, and I’ve read each of your blog entries every day. I’ll definitely be taking some new knowledge along with me as I continue my fight with the fat.

Finally Finished!

Wow, it is finally over! I woke up around 9am and started my day off with a quick trip to the gym to weigh in, their scale is more accurate than mine at home. I weighed in at 179.5lbs. My bodyfat is approx 5 to 6% My goal was 4% so I came close.

I am posting my pics now because I have allot to do today and allot of food to eat!

I would like to thank the following people for their help and contributions to my diet and exercise.

Chuck Rudolf for his dieting and training expertise!

Dwayne with Syntrax, for the supplements they offered.

My wife Lei for pushing me and calling me names to motivate me.

Scivation for their kick ass supplements!

Last off Friday

For this Friday at least, I get to keep my off day.  I still walked one mile on my lunch break, though.  It’s good to get out of the office and clear my head, and it seems like Spring is going to stay.

Worth noting - today marks my last day of Splena.  :(

I really can’t wait to cut my salt - I am f-ing bloated!!

Wow…This is strange.

Last blog entry of the contest. After 3 months of having this as my home page, it’s gonna be strange without reading about you guys.

I ran into some problems today, with one of our vehicles undergoing repairs in the garage, then today the OTHER one broke down and is also in the garage for a couple days now.

Due to this, I LUCKILY managed to get today’s newspaper from someone at school, I hope it’s not a big deal if I use this one, cause I can’t get to town to get tomorrows paper.

I hope to god I have some good batteries for my camera laying around too, or else i’m gonna have to pull some strings.

Thursday - ‘Cause bb.com was broken!

This is the last arm workout of the blog contest.  As you may or may not have noticed, some of the other contestants are changing their approaches and using depletion workouts.  I don’t have that luxury because the cut doesn’t end with this contest for me - I still have two weeks of cutting before I get on stage!  I definitely envy the others quite a bit since they get to enjoy this weekend.  So, I will not be peaking now, but I still think I can win it, even while sodium loading.  I’m trying to stay positive.  :)

Fyi, on weekdays when I have work, since I don’t have meals scheduled during my actual lunch break, I am walking one mile.  Additionally, now that it isn’t so damn frigid anymore, I am also walking to and from the gym, which is 15 minutes each way.

I also did 20 BW calve raises after every superset, so that is 180 reps for calves.
