Well… last week I used that time to rest and take a break while preparing to start another 12 week program this week. So far this week has been good and I look forward to making even more progress than I ever have. I plan on updating my photos every 4 weeks. Everyone take care and stay strong.

Well I couldn’t wait til next week to update my photos… so I posted a small preview of my progress… although I’ll still be taking more next week too. Anyway… my preview photo was taken this morning while I was on the phone… how do I look? Everything is going good considering I’ve had to overcome some minor injuries. Well I haven’t been to Bodyspace in awhile… but that doesn’t mean I’ve been slackin either. I just want to let everyone know that I’m still in the game. I’ve lost about 35 lbs. and have been redefining my body. Things are going well with the acception that a minor injury temporarily slowed me down. Even now I have a little injury that doesn’t want to go away… but I’m still pressing ahead. I plan on updating my photos at the end of this month… wish me luck!

Hello everyone! I just wanted to let everyone know that I’m doing good. I’ve made wonderful progress and am happy with the results I’ve accomplished. With the exception of a minor injury, I’m going strong. Soon I will be hiring a photographer to take some really good updated photos… I know you’ll be impressed. Everyone take care and stay strong!!!

Hello everyone… I’m just touching base with you all to let you know that I’m still pressing away. A couple of weeks ago I hit a plateau that temperarily put a stop to my progress… but now I’m doing much better. I haven’t posted anymore photos because now I feel that I’m at a point where I’m almost where I want to be physically. And until that happens, then I’ll post them. Well… I haven’t been in here for a while, but I want to shout out to everyone and let you all know I’m still on track weight training and eating right. I’ve made more progress and am continuing to transform my body. Things are looking good and clothes are continue to slip and slide off too, LOL. This weightloss has got me shopping for new clothes here and there. Anyway… everyone stay strong and stay motivated!

Well… I’m pretty disappointed because my updated photos don’t look any different than my last photos. it’s a little discouraging because I really felt like I was looking better. But I’m not going to let this get me down… because, as I look back, there was a time when this same exact thing happen before… and then I was able to achieve better results afterwards. I know I just need to keep pressing away and learn from any mistakes and make whatever adjustments that are needed. I’ve come so far and I’m not about to give up. Everyone stay strong!

Hello all. I’m just updating everyone on how my progress is going. No worries… I’m still kicking butt and creating good results. The fat is coming off more and more… and slowly but surely, I’m ripping up. I’ll be posting some more updated photos on Monday to show everyone how I look so far. Well… this week went really good. I’m continuing to progress and I am very pleased with the results I am continuing to gain. My arms, chest legs,… everything, is growing and developing very well. Even people at my gym are noticing and complimenting me… it sure does feel so good. Then there are a couple of those other guys that try to stare you down. I’m thinking, "… what’s the matter dudes… does my presence threaten you?" Don’t you hate that kind of response… oh well… their problem not mine. I’m just glad and happy things are going good. I plan on updating my photos again after 2 more weeks… which will be after my 3rd week on my NEW 12 week goal. Everyone stay strong and stay motivated! IF YOU WANT TO HANG WITH THE BIG DOGS… DON’T PISS LIKE A PUPPY!
