Well… this has been a work in progress, that’s for sure. It’s my last week… but definitley not the end of my healthy lifestyle. I’m going to really make this week count before I update my photos this coming weekend. This morning’s session was really good. I worked on cardio, chest, and biceps… and gave it a good push. I’m feeling clean healthy and strong. I’m also looking better and better as time goes on. Yesterday was grocery shopping day, so I’m stocked up with all the muscle power… as well as plenty of distilled water too. After this week I’ll be making new goals, of course, and plan on continuing to build and transform… for life! Everyone stay strong and motivated!

Well… it’s the end of my 11th week. I think tomoroow I’ll have Sushi, LOL. This morning’s session went good. I worked on cardio, abs, and shoulders. I can really see that I’m making great improvements and getting wonderful results. I’m even looking leaner than my last photos taken 2 weeks ago. After next week, which will be my 12th week, I’ll be updating my photos again… I can’t wait. Everything’s going according to plan and summer isn’t even here yet. By then I should definitely be happy with my results… but of course there’s always room for improvement. At least by Summer I’ll be okay about taking off my shirt in public, LOL. Everyone stay strong and stay motivated!

Well I’ve started my 11th week today and this morning’s workout was good. I did cardio, chest, and biceps… and I’m going to feel it tomorrow. I’m beginning to see my abs more and more… and I can’t wait to finally reach my goals. No matter where I’m at physically after my 12th week… since this is a lifestyle for life anyway, I get that 6 pack… 8 pack I’ve always wanted. I can also tell that my skin is getting that thin layer look too… because the veins are showing more. Not only is my body progressing… but I’m getting stronger every week and am lifting more na dmore… little by little. Everyone stay strong!

Well it’s Friday… YIPPIE!!! It’s the end of my tenth week and everything is going good. This week all my workouts and dieting went smooth. I’ve been continuing to give that extra push in the gym, as well as, stand my ground when it comes to eating right. In two more weeks, which will be the end of my 12 week program, I’ll be posting new photos and making plans for setting new goals. Because my schedule is getting busier, I’ll only be posting blogs in here once or twice a week… but I’ll definitely come whenever I need the motivation or want to give encouragement. Whatever the case, this new healthy lifestyle of mine is here to stay. and should I have any problems with anything concerning my diet or workouts… I’ll be coming here for advice too. Well, here I am today after 9 weeks. I took these photos earlier today… how do I look? I feel better about these photos than I did about my 6th week ones. It looks like everything is coming together, slowly but surely. This morning was a great workout session. I did cardio, chest, and biceps… and I know I’m going to feel it tomorrow. Eating right has been good and consistant as well. Hope everyone likes the photos and as time goes on I’ll be putting up some better ones as the results progress. Everyone stay motivated and strong!

Well, it’s the end of my 9th week and I’ll be updating my photos this weekend… everything has been going really good. Even though I’ve been real busy with other things, I’ve still made sure to keep going strong with eating right and working out… which is why I haven’t written a lot of blogs like I usually do. But aside from that, I’ve been kicking butt. My body has been responding and I am getting leaner and stronger. My body is getting stronger and leaner as time goes by. I feel really good and clean. After my 12 weeks are up, I look forward to setting new goals for myself in transforming my body. Everyone stay strong and stay motivated. Look for my updated photos by Monday at the latest.

Well, it’s Thursday and everything is going according to plan. I haven’t been able to post in here because I’ve been getting a lot of things done around the house, like putting together desks and other furniture… whew! It sure does slow things down a bit when you got to pee all the time, LOL. But I still have maintained eating right and working out and, like I said, all is going well here in my 8th week and results are falling into place slowly but surely. Even my wife is amazed at how the results are coming. The fat is coming off and my muscles are toning up. Even my ass getting tighter and toning up, LOL… not that I would even consider posting an ass shot of me, LOL… I’ll leave that to the ladies. Anyway… let’s keep moving forward and stay strong!
