Things are going well. It is a little difficult with friends birthday’s, was everyone, including myself born in January? ha ha.
But I am lifting harder than I ever have and I am excited with getting the ball rolling. I overheard a fellow gym girl talking about competing and it got me really excited. So for all of you working on your goals, competiting, or any other goals GOOD LUCK! Stay focused and remember, that this is a never ending road, because you will find that you never want this fitness journey to end!
