So Friday had a killer bicep and tricep workout. Did 45min cardio that morning, whole day felt wonderful. After I got home from my weight workout; I ate some yogurt and some chicken soup…. man o man was I sick to my stomach. I was so dehydrated on Saturday and still so queasy and didn’t want to throw up anymore, I couldn’t eat anything. So as a result I didn’t get a workout in on Saturday. BUMMER! Sunday felt good just dehydrated so I did light cardio and light weights.
Today feel much much better. Can’t wait to go into the gym and do shoulders!
