So Tuesday I ended up having to take off, But Wednesday was a phenomenal day!
Got to the gym at 5:30 am did 45 minutes of cardio. then made it back to the gym for weights at 8pm. Completed an hour shoulder workout! forgot my log, so I will enter reps and weight later.
