I have a question? I have a friend who will not work out because she doesn’t like her legs. She says they are to jello’ee and they have to much cellulite. She is skinny and I tell her the only way they will look good is if she works on them. I tell her and tell her and she doesn’t listen. So if she reads it from YOU maybe there is hope. So if any of you can give her advise and I will pass it on to her.. THAT WOULD BE AWESOME.. Thanks Trina

WOW- I tried the N.O.-PLODE ( energy drink) before my workout and that stuff is awesome. I can only handle 1 scoop. Have any of you tried it? What do you think of it?

Hi friends,
Hope everyone is having a great weekend. I just got back from the gym, worked shoulders and biceps and did some cardo… Now I have to clean my house. That gets put back because of all the sports my kids are in theres NO time to clean… So going to the gym and cleaning the house makes for a good day…. I need your advise. What do you think about women an Tatoo’s.
I would like any and everyone’s opinion. I want to get one. But I’ve been told not to get one. But I want to know what others think on the subject. Do women have them who compete?

Hi friends,
I have been out of the loop for awhile. I have been sick for 3 weeks and not working out.. That just totally sucks. But whats great is Iam back and starting to work out tomorrow. I’ll let you know how it goes. I am having withdraws..

Well, this morning was an awesome workout! Upper body. I really want to work my shoulders and back. But I need to research more exercises… I want fast results but I know it takes time… Well, Have a great day..

Hope you all are having a great Sunday! And a great Labor Day weekend. I worked out this morning and it was not good. I couldn’t pull it together I guess when your body is tired theres nothing you can do but try… I ‘ll try again tonight…
