I found the perfect nightitime appetite suppressant!!! Guitar Hero III !!!!! YOu can get wrapped up in that and not even think about food!!!! Plus my fingers are getting a hell of a work out! LOL

Ok well since I last blogged here is the latest. I still haven’t been very good on my diet. Feb is birthday month for us, as you know I just turned 32 on the 21st and My husband turned 40 on the 27th so again I cheated and when I cheat I really go crazy, more so than ever before, that is really a mind and will power thing that I struggle with and have to over come. I LOVE FOOD!!! I LOVE TO EAT, even if I am not hungry? What’s up with that b/c I know I am the only one… right??? LOL. Anyway so with all the birthday’s and I also took off for a weekend on a girls trip, cheated of course!! (only food, nothing else, LOL) my kids are still on and off again with the cough, boogers, and strep and all the other good stuff you mom’s can relate too. Soooo here we are today March 16th, I’ve kinda been slackin for almost a month.. NOT GOOD. But spring is here, this is my time of year I love spring and summer even with my old self and old diet I was always thinner in summer and more active in general (can’t wait to see what is to come with summer and me working out) so this is my time to shine and I gotta get back into it 100%!!! REady for my kids to be well all the time and enjoy the sunshine! So stay tuned we have some more shows about to come out and from here forward I am really gonna be kicking ass!! I’m telling you I am totally that person that suffers from the seasonal depression stuff!!! LOL!!! I could never live in seattle! I swear I was a bear in my before life, hibernating and eating in the winter and coming out to play in the spring!! Talk to you soon!

Hi all! Ok so I have been sticking with it, I had about a 2 week period where i think each of my 3 kids were sick for about 2-3 days straight they worked it out on a nice rotation so i wasn’t as aggressive with my workouts due to the fact I was at home with them. anyway I am still making headway. I have to pat myself on the back b/c I started this challenge at the worst possible time (I think) I started the first of December so I had the holidays to deal with, the cold weather, the pale skin and the needing and wanting of comfort foods but I must say I have done well. I really do love working out and my cardio and am actually pretty crabby if I don’t get it in! I really do feel great! I am so glad I am doing this with Marzia and owe her so much! I have so many goals I want to shoot for, heck I think I might even try to do a contest in the future! I had my first photo shoot yesterday and it was an awesome experience! Yesterday was also my birthday so I did go out and cheat!!! Pretty bad, of course it was mexican food so I was pretty miserable when I left but it was good going in! I am back on track today though! I need to get some new pics up and show my progress so be looking for that. Oh yea the new video is out! I hate the closeups, I don’t have on a stitch of make up on !!!!LOL anyway so you’ve seen me at my worst but look out bc the best is yet to come!!!!!
Again I just have to take a moment and Thank Marzia for all she is doing for me! She is such an inspiration!!!!

OMG! ok so the show is out!!!! First I have to apologize for all the "ums"!!! I think I say it every other word! I have to say I was rather nervous knowing that this was going out for the world to see! I can’t wait for you to see the shows to follow and the transformation I have already made! I promise to not say um so much in the future shows! LOL! Anyway I am doing great, I feel awesome and and surprising myself on my strength, especially in the arms! Hi All, Ok well I made it through the holidays…. since I started on Dec 2nd I have had a total of 3 cheat meals. One was a random binge, the other Christmas and then New Years Eve. Well New Years Eve me, my husband and kiddos went to our FAVORITE mexican restuarant and kinda went crazy… I need to work on portion control when I do cheat..lets just say after the 3rd bowl of chips they brought I was still chowin down and my food hadn’t even got there. Oh and all 3 of my margaritas were delicious!!!!!! When we left I was sooo miserable I had to get home and lay down to stretch out my stomach. We were all miserable…b/c my kids and husband have gotten on the bandwagon with me and are eating what I am cooking and since I am not a waitress and my kitchen is not a resturaunt they don’t get a choice like they used to, however they have done very well I must say.. When my three year old son says he wants more trees on his plate (which is broccoli) I will not complain. They have done well. I just don’t buy the junk I used to any more..period… so it’s either eat what I have or don’t. They usually go for the eating. So its been a month now I have made huge changes in my life I went from busy mom of 3 couch potato (if that makes sense) to workin out 6 days a week and still being a busy mom of 3 (I just don’t sit on the couch now in my spare time). I have to say I still struggle with my veggies… I have major texture issues and I (unlike my son) struggle with the trees. I have this thing about plants and flowers and things that sprout or grow out of things. It totally gives me the heebies so I am going to start pureeing (if that is a word) my broccoli and spinach and sneaking it in omlettes and stuff so I don’t have to deal with the texture issues. As far as working out goes, the beginning was tough , physically bc I absolutely had no strength and my cardio was so out of shape but I already see changes in both…and I am able to last longer with out dying in the beginning. MY legs are the weakest.. which again I gotta say I hate lunges! Ok well so now that the holidays are out of the way I am hitting it hard core this month. Me and Marzia have set my goals and I am not even going to cheat for 8 weeks!!!! I will have a new pic up for you next week and then another one by the end of January. I am expecting big changes in my end of Jan pic so be looking for that and hold me to it. Marzia has taken it easy on me in December as she was "introducing" me to the whole gym life and now she is really gonna whip my ass in shape! Literally!! I can’t wait.. I am ready to be that fit n shape bad ass body that is hidden with in me! Plus I mean come on, I have to see Marzia everyday with her hot ass body so I have to make changes….. keepin up with the jones’ ya know. So that’s my update, I will try to do a weekly update and give you better entertainment as it comes to me instead of thinking back! So check it out, cheer me on, I totally appreciate everyones kind words and motivation!

Ok well last week was a tough week. My cravings were in overdrive and I found my self standing in front of the pantry and fridge on several occassions. I did not give in however the protien shakes have become my enemy… I think I have overdone it with them this past week. They were so yummy! anyway with that behind me and my cravings in check this is a much better week. I have not enhaled the protien shakes and the cravings are not there so I’m doing good. Me and Marzia did legs yesterday and if you haven’t already read in my workouts I HATE LUNGES! Omg they make my legs feel like jelly and mush, like they are just going to melt into the floor if I take another step. With that being said I am having trouble sitting and standing up. I am sooo sore, I have been walkin it out (that song pops in my head) and stretching so I will be able to move here in the next few days. Ok So I don’t have much news to report or anything exciting but I hope to have some new pics here in the next week or so with some changes! Talk to you soon!

Ok Sorry I am not totally familiar with all this just yet so bare with me, heck I am just now getting used to the inside of a gym! lol! Anyway so I am about 3 weeks into eating clean and have had one cheat meal. I have been doing cardio 6 days a week. I had my first full workout with Marzia yesterday and let me tell you I am sooo out of shape. I am so weak it is pathetic. I could only do 3 "girl" push ups. No that was not a typo that is a 3!!!!! so if that goes to show my fitness level there you go! Then on the leg press machine the first set I did "ok" and then on the next round we upped it a bit and I couldn’t even lift it off so we put it back to where it was, I think 45lbs and then I could do it but my legs were shaking like crazy! You guys will get to see this in the video series Me and Marzia are doing called "Marzia’s Makeover" which is… you guessed it.. making over my body! Again I am so ready. If I havn’t already bored you to tears I wanted to tell you a little about me. I am 31 and have 3 kids. I am what you call skinny fat, I can hide it well in clothes and I know I am not obese but nor am I fit or healthy. I am using the word "used to" and know that this means 3 weeks ago… I used to wake up to a loaded up triple shot 6 pump cinamon dolce latte at starbucks about 9 am then come lunch time of course I am starving so I get whatever is handy, mcdonalds qtr. pounder or a to go lunch from the mexican restuaraunt across the street which usually was sourcream cheese enchilladas. Then for dinner when my husband and kids and I got together we would go out for dinner which again was either mexican or a steak house or a local bar and grill. I drank a margarita practically every night. (no I’m not an alocolholic nor am i in denial!) so now that you know a little about my previous eating habits. Also not only would I eat this stuff but I would eat it all, not so much b/c I was hungry but b/c it was yummy so I would just keep on going. Now about my lifestyle.. Well like I said I have 3 children, so that means I was pregnant 3 times. With my first child I was 19 years old so I only gained 18 lbs and of course bounced right back after I had her, Then my next child I was 25 I gained almost 50lbs with her and same thing bounced back, Then at 28 with my 3rd child my son I gained almost 85lbs with him and lost my weight with him fairly quickly as well. Also I wanted to point out that I have had 3 c-sections so not only has my stomach expanded to the size of a beach ball but my muscles have also been cut 3 times so I have like no strength there either…. just lots of leftover mexican food! lol! So I will have to say considering my lifestyle and the pregnancies I must have a high metabolism and can’t wait to see the results when having a clean diet along with an exercise routine. Which leaves me to explain that I was not an active person.. not to say I didn’t enjoy doing things b/c I am such an outdoors person but my body wouldn’t do what my energetic mind wanted to (if that makes sense) I was tired all the time and actually pretty much got really lazy over the past years. I help my husband with his business so I don’t have a set time to be at work and can miss a day or two so I got in the habit and became pretty lazy, house always a mess and with running kids all over the place to friends house, soccer practice, cheer practice, different schools and whatever else they had going on that was pretty much it and every chance I had I would sit on the couch in front of the tv and just veg… Oh yeah and I should tell you that really and truly I probably only drank 1 bottle of water a day, I would have a coke with lunch and then of course an alcolholic beverage with dinner, sometimes a soda but mostly alcolhol.. so that was my 3 a day beverage consumption.. I used to joke that I must have a huge bladder b/c I only peed like twice a day! But let me tell you since I have changed my diet and it includes all and only water and lots of it and no alcolhol.. I am peeing all the time. It’s a wonder I havn’t just shrivled up from dehydration. Ok so I am going to wrap it up now I think I have got you caught up to speed on me, like I said I have been doing cardio and this morning with Marzia I rode 14.80 miles in an hour at level 5 on the bike. That is so insane to me! So I am super excited about the changes I have made and will continue to make and can’t wait to see the results. I have changed my diet, I am taking a supplement called cytolean which is great b/c it totally curbs my appitite and I have THE BEST TRAINER IN THE WORLD who totally keeps me going! What more could I ask for?
