Man can’t belive this year is almost over, time flys when your having fun. this past week has pretty hectic at work with the holiday season approaching. Today I was finally able to hit the gym in four days……SUCKS!!!! I felt it today doing shoulders and back. Can’t wait for the new year to start and what awaits for me as I continue to work out. Everyone on Bodyspace has giving me inspiration with there stories and transformations, if they can accomplish there goals so can I. So keep up the great work and keep on hitting the iron.
