ok, so that routine didnt work. im just gonna keep it simple.
found out all i needed was a 4 day break to get my workouts up to speed.
However, i am going to keep the shoulders with the legs..
3 body parts is too much for 1 day working them HARD

i’ve been doing the same routine for a while and its a good one, refered to me by Lee Labrada actually,
day A - chest, tris, shoulders
day B - Bis, Back
rest
Day C - Legs
Day A
rest
Day B
Day C
etc..
but the gains are getting less and less. i was thinking about pyrmiding and doing 10/8/6/4 to try for some mass. probably change the shoulders to my leg day, but other than that, its seems good
