I want to get down to 15 to 12% body fat with a six pack. Right now I try and get in 5 days of cardio at least the past six weeks, and keep track of my diet. Any advice from anybody would help.

make sure you eat plenty of good protein, like grilled chicken breast and egg whites, and clean carbs like oatmeal and potatoes.
I substitute veggies for carbs when I’m trying to get lean. I’ll put carrots in with my sweet potato to add volume to my meal and cut carbs from my diet.
Just some thoughts, best of luck to you, keep me informed of your progress.
