Monday, June 23rd, 2008Summer work outs.. who needs them? Especially since allergy season is making me tired it is getting harder to get excited to get in the gym.
Today I have to power though legs… I’m thinkin about starting with squats, then to lunges, Leg extentions, Hamstring curls and finally finish out with a few burn out sets of swiss ball squats. I hope I will be able to walk tomorrow so I can still play some golf!
