me about numbers. Mainly for max reps. Really to be honest I dont like relying on numbers. People tend to get so consumed by numbers it becomes crazy. Its just like with people focusing only on there strong points. While everything else looks small, or failing in comparison to there bodies. Even though I may like going heavy I do like changing up my schedule, so in the process so do my reps and my loads. Nothing stays the same in my routines. Besides for a few motions. People need to stop worrying so much about the muscles show the most, and work on the whole frame. Just go to the gym and bust your ass on every body part. Shit! I may have long hair but I’m not afraid to sweat or make some noise in the gym.

Since I have changed my program up to back in the day. Let me tell you being this sore feels great. Been lifting heavier then ever. Joey once again for being such a great motivational speaker for me and spotter at times of need. I could never thank someone like Joey enough. From being able to train with me, to feeding me, to even truthful feed back after training. To be willing to make some noise in the gym and train with our shirts offf. Still Joey trains with no ego only to get bigger and stronger. He doesnt compete against me only himself. So nothing but props to him. It’s real hard for some people to understand why the hell I eat so much. Where ever I go something is getting devoured. Also I like the fact how relatively clean he eats. So the only thing I can do for him is just make sure he trains hard in the gym injury free with the most perfect form as possible.

I decided to change my routine to more old school. I find it more of my style. So probably later today I’m going to start my routine.

A nice heavy day of legs. Well it was a good thing Jeremy was there, because when I started pumping reps out with some serious poundage on the sqauts. Its really hard for me to count reps, because Im more concerned about focusing when I have a heavy load on my back. I cant count when the load gets really heavy, so I just focus and lift. Still on my last set. I was breathing so heavy that my lungs felt like they were just going to pop right out of my sides. Sweating all over the place. Nothing is more accomplishing is when you see your own sweat all over the ground. St To be honest on that last set. I really dont even think I knew where I was.
Still the only thing I could remeber was "Tony one last rep!" Jeremy shouts in my ear. "What rep am I on?" I respond. "8!" Jermey. "NO! I’m doing another 2!" I reply. "Alright you call them you do them!" Jermey shouts again.
Well I tell you after that set of squats I think my legs were shot. Still I’m glad I drilled that slogan in Jeremy’s head. You call those extra reps your doing them. No Excuses. So as we left someone gave us a great complaint in my opionon even though he was trying to be funny. "Look at you guys sweating all over the place, and you guys cant even walk right!" I thought that was great. Afterwards we eat and went to the beach and relaxed.

I pretty much felt dead and out of breath. Then knowing I had to do rows afterwards brought a smile to my face. Because today seem like a good day to train hard and possible vomit. Still though back is a beautiful thing. It has crazy strenght and endurance. So you really can bather the living hell out of it, and it still wants more. Thats one of the reasons I love training back. So to everyone out there row to your hearts content! Still the only really negative thing that happen to me. After I got down doing my deads this guy come up to me. Now this usually doesnt bother me. For usually I dont pay attention to the people in the gym to much. Comes up to me and asks if he can train with me. I look over at him out of breath, and the first thing I say to him was maybe after you get off your cell phone. So of course I guess he didnt like that reponse, and he left and did something he calls a leg workout. While still talking on his cell phone he got on the leg press. Hope he doesnt get hurt. Even after I was leaving he was still on his phone. I wondered about something after I lef

I was thinking about Brennen today a brother of iron. Its always good to hear your fellow buds doing good. Still I’m getting mentally ready for my back today. Back can be just as hard as legs. Back still is one of my favorite days, because I can train so hard to the point I voimt. Mind you I have before. Still no excuses. I’m going in that gym, and do what I got to do.

Diet better. I was glad to help one of my good friends finally understand the truth about dieting. Its not about eating less meals, but eating more meals. So now that he’s on the right track. It makes me feel a lot better to know. Because now I wont hear him getting so frustrated about dieting.
