So I started German Volume Training last monday, which is bascially 10sets of 10reps. I did some research and apparently it's really good for muscle gains so i said I'd give it a try.
My main overall goal is to gain muscle, and i generally don't have too much trouble keeping a low body-fat (although i don't actually know what it is).
My current supplements I'm using are Kinetica Whey Protein, which is nearly competely finished, and Universal Nutrition's Storm.
Ok so there are a few problems I have. Firstly, I can't get any photos onto my laptop at the moment, but I'm working on it so you can see my progress. Secondly, I'm still in full-time education, so i have limited ability to access the gym due to studies, and controlling my diet can be an issue, due to lunch breaks in school.
I'll post up my daily reports since last monday, containing my meals, workout and my general comments.
