DAY 1!
Right, more than anything these posts are going to be more for me so I can write down how I’m feeling after each work out.
Let me start by saying I’ve only just started seriously weight training again on December 3rd 2008 due to leaving the Parachute Regiment (and let me tell you now, the cardio is EXTREMELY intense, infact ANY of the phys was sickening! hehe). And from the time I left to the present day, I’ve been trying to decide what I actually want to do in terms of training. Finally I’ve come to the conclusion of doing bodybuilding, HOWEVER I’m not sure what federation I want to compete in (either BNBF or NABBA).
Anyway, moving on; today I had a reallly good work out and ACTUALLY trained my abs properly, which is making me ever more determined to get a great physique, and compete! I’m a incredibly determined and motivated person, so I welcome all suggestions and comments made.
