Thanks for the tips, will definitely try that. I'm not in shape enough to jump rope for 30 minutes non stop, but I'm lengthening my rounds by 15 seconds per week. I should eventually get there ;)

Breaking Bad is my current favorite show. I DVR all the episodes. When you jump rope, try doing it to fast beat music. I like the Ramones, B52's. Work yourself up to doing long sessions of jumping - at least 30 minutes without stopping. Stay on your toes - it works the calves great too.

- With fresh diced fruits (melon, apple, pineapple, strawberries, raspberries, raisins) as a second breakfast on off days
- Often I mix my tuna with CC rather than mayo (or with very little mayo) and do low fat tuna wraps or sandwiches. The trick is to add plenty of ClubHouse lemon/pepper spices.
- Sometimes in a shake (blend whey+CC+water)
- Sometimes alone with a glass of water.
- Sometimes as a pudding (blend whey+CC+a little milk)
- Rarely with peanut butter.

That said, I don't find CC particularly yummy. Actually, I find it quite disgusting in taste, appearance and texture. But it's so healthy that I find ways to stuff it where I don't taste and see it ;-)

Cheers,

Hehe no I won't. I'm in strength training these days in the 6 reps range, and my recovery is longer (1 or 2 days). My lower back is still a little sore from deadlifting 2 days ago. I should probably switch deadlift to my pull day to make to most of it. Thanks for the comment! Cheers!
