Still alive…
Thursday, March 20th, 2008And still training! Although this GVT workout is getting old — and the Workout Tracker here won’t let me track them easily… gotta do 2 x 5 sets. I’ve been gaining muscle, loosing fat… getting ready for the summer! Now I’m checking out for a routine rework. I’m probably going to switch on a 4 day body part split, 4×8, for a few weeks before lowering the reps and upping the weight again.
