Progressing slowly…
Wednesday, July 11th, 2007Today is rest day. I’ve been following my new program for 4 weeks now. It really hits the spot although it still needs adjustments. I tuned calf work yesterday, and will be tuning chest and back next week. Lots of reps and supersets, so it’s hard on the Central Nervous System. Two more weeks, and I’ll drop the reps and pump up the weight for a 4 weeks cycle to see where it gets me. Hopefully I’ll break my previous 6 rep DB bench press, dead lift and squat.
I’ll also be meeting a PT on saturday for form and program feedback. Barter baby, PT need web sites too!
I’ll try to summarize his feedback here sometime next week.
I’ve also been replacing most of my cottage cheese intake by tuna lately. I’ll try to reincorporate CC soon, but for now I’m kindda sick of it (and yes I used a lot of different recipes to break the routine).
