Back on track?
Wednesday, June 13th, 2007Eek. Haven’t been to the gym for months. Being entrepreneur is somewhat time-consuming. I’ve been doing a body weight routine since then, but I’ve lost some of my recent gains (mostly muscle mass). Been back at the gym for the first time today, and switched my routine to a 4 day split chest/leg/back/shoulder.
Today was leg day. I guess I’ve been a little too intense even if I dropped quite a bunch of plate off the squat bar since last time. I realized when I went to reach for tupperware under the counter after dinner. Ouch. Hopefully I didn’t tear any muscle and I’ll be able to walk tomorrow.
Tonight’s dinner was tomato chicken with a steamed broccoli side. Here’s the recipe for the tomato sauce for chicken : blend half a can of plum tomato, a few dash of Louisiana sauce, dried hot pepper, old vedgies you’ve got in the fridge (aka. touski, orange yellow and red pepper in my case), a few cloves of garlic, a dash of olive oil and a tea spoon of splenda. Add black pepper and some Italian seasoning. Make 2 or 3 servings. Great with chicken, turkey or beef.
Now, back to work, those web sites won’t build themselves like you do.
