TRY THIS~ TOWEL PULLUPS!
I will be posting a vid of this soon, its a great exercise to incorporate into your workouts. It strengthens your grip, forearms and most importantly you use muscles you never had before. Great way to build up your back, arms, abs, and grip strength.

Hmmm, sounds interesting. Of course, I bet it helps if you can actually do a pull up I bet… I’m still working on that!

I’ve read about those. Sounds like a good variation of a pullup as a compound exercise, but haven’t tried it. Good luck with your progress with it.
