The past couple of months i have noticed that woman tend to have more competitions online over men.  Whats up with that???  Give us men a chance… make a competition, whether it be best abs, legs, calves, arms, etc. Just Anything really!  It’ll be fun and i bet it will motivate more people to get into shape and live a healthy lifestyle.  Some of the people on bodyspace.com could be in magazines and dont doubt they will dominate, but i still consider myself a strong runner up, lol.  I put my all into everything!  Please write me some feedback on all your thoughts.  Thanks for listening  -  Tommy

Hello everybody!  I will be participating in the human race this weekend.  It consists of  a 10k run thru the city.  It ends with a Fall Out Boy concert, which i assume will be pretty insane.  I calculated it to be 6.2 miles which i plan to tear up hardcore!  Registration ends thursday the 28th i think, so if anyone is in the chicago area this weekend you should strongly consider running.  It only cost me $35 and that includes a shirt, timer, and registration of course.  Hope everyone has a great weekend!   thanks for listening  -  Tommy
