I would really like to know why…. dieting gives me such an attitude. I get mad and I can’t stop… I also have a difficult time dealing with idiots at the gym. When I see someone drop dumbbells it pisses me off. Your really not that strong you don’t need you to throw down your weight.

For what it’s worth, I feel exactly the same way. If I dieted and didn’t work out, I’d probably kill someone. The workouts and progression keep me sane…
