More calories - it’s a good thing
I had begun to drop my calories more and more until one day my total calories dipped to 1208!
After talking on the forums and doing more research I decided to listen to everyone and up my calories and add in the fruits and veggies that I had been having to skip in order to get the calories down that far. I brought the calories up to an average of 2800 one week then 2900 another week. The results were consistent fat loss - the BF% went down! Awesome.
I am at about 19% BF at thsi point, and at my weight, if I was to get down to 8-10% BF I would only weigh like 155 and that would be TINY for me. So I need to add more lean mass.
Next the plan is to increase calories to about 3300 and see if that adds about 1 pound a week. That will be the test this week.
