Update
I have found it hard to get below about 2200 calories in the past, well lately I have managed to get below that mark and I have succeeded in getting below 1800 calories a few times even. Today I came in at 1760 with 18% fat/44.5% protein/37.5% Carb macronutrient ratios. I have plans for tomorow to get down to 1665 calories.
I am starting my second week with the new workout program also. Today was chest day and I am feeling it! Aewsome!
I can’t wait to see how the weight and measurements go on Saturday morning!
